U.S. ORDERS
- Once shipped, orders will generally take 2-5 or more business days to arrive depending on where you live.
- All orders will include a tracking number, you will receive your tracking number via email once your package has been shipped.
- Please note that once a package leaves our premises, it is no longer under our control. If you have a problem with your package, contact the mail carrier immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
- We do not determine any foreign duties or local taxes associated with imported packages and will not be held responsible for any of the charges that may occur.
- Shipping delivery times may vary between 2-12 weeks or more depending on your local post office. Unfortunately we are not able to provide a better estimated time of arrival as it is different for every country. Shipment will also depend on how long your package is processed through customs.
- On average, shipment to Canada normally takes 1-2 weeks to arrive.
- All International packages will include a tracking number, but please note it is common to see no additional tracking information once your package leaves the US.
- Please check with your local post office or the customs department for any import duties, local taxes or handling charges that may be applied to your purchase.
- Any returned or denied upon receiving package by the recipients requests the customer will be held responsible for any taxes or duties upon returning.
